Agendas & Minutes

The PPA Board of Directors meet the first Tuesday of each month for a regular meeting session. They also meet the third Tuesday of each month for a working session.

General comments or questions can be sent to the PPA Board Secretary using [email protected] and will be distributed to the Board appropriately and as needed.  Public comments are welcome at all Board meetings.  Click Here to sign up for public comments.

The Board of Directors Policy is to post agendas at least 24 hours in advance of the meetings.

The Board of Directors official location for posting the agenda is on the Parker Performing Arts Website.  Meeting agendas are also posted at the school by the main entrance at least 24 hours in advance of the meetings.
