Performance Tickets

Parker Performing Arts School Ticket Information and Policies:

Parker Performing Arts School is proud to showcase our talented students in our school performances. All Performances and Showcases will be held in our school theater. Some events may be held in other areas of the building, but still require a ticket. All graded performances are free to attend. Elective performances may have a cost for attendance. Parents and family members will need to secure tickets for all events. This allows the audience to select their seats prior to each event. We require tickets for all events to get a head count and ensure we are maintaining safety and capacity guidelines. Please be mindful of the number of tickets you reserve for your family, especially on single show nights, as our theater has a small capacity and we want all of our families to be able to attend. 

Doors for Performance and Showcase events open approximately 20 minutes before show time. Doors will close and lock 5 minutes after the start of the show. You must arrive on time for events.  All remaining seats/tickets are forfeit at the start of the show and will be given out to waiting patrons. Once a seat has been given to a patron it cannot be reclaimed after the show has started. 

To ensure you receive an email confirmation for your tickets, please double check that your email is entered and spelled correctly upon purchase. Ensure you have enough space in your mail box. If you do not receive your confirmation you should check your spam folder and have your order resent using the link provided at the bottom of the event space. 

If you cancel an order, your order is interrupted or if your order is not completed fully, the website will hold your selected seats for up to 15 minutes before they become available again. In order to select your previously selected seats, you will need to wait a several minutes and then refresh the page until your seat(s) are available again. Seats do not immediately become available after a cancelled or incomplete order.

General Ticket Policies

All Performances and Showcases will be held in our school theater. Parents and family members will need to secure tickets for all events. This allows the audience to select their seats prior to each event. There is assigned seating for every show. You will need to sit in your assigned seat during the performance. We require tickets for all events to get a head count and ensure we are maintaining safety and capacity guidelines.
 
We strongly encourage families to reserve tickets ahead of the show. We will have remaining tickets available before each show available at the door. However, space will be limited and you won't be able to select your seats if reserving at the door. Online Tickets links for each show will be removed one (1) hour prior to each performance. All graded classroom performances are free to attend. 
Our Middle School Dance Program and the Theatre Production Ensemble Class offer an additional community show; tickets for the community shows cost $10.00.
PPA's Main Stage Production performances cost $10.00 online or $12 at the door. 
 
We ask that when you are booking tickets, you are mindful of how many tickets you really need; booking extra tickets can make it difficult for all of our families to secure tickets to events. PPA does not transfer tickets between shows or within shows; please be mindful when selecting your seats for each show. If you need to transfer seats, you will need to request a refund and reserve new seats.
 
Some shows may have a required code that limits seat reservations per family for that particular performance. This code allows us to ensure that performances with large numbers of student participants have space for each student's family to attend. If the event requires a code, this code will be communicated by your student's teachers prior to the performance. Shows that have a seat limitation will open any remaining available seats the day before the show.
 

Ticket Refunds

You should receive a confirmation email after reserving tickets. You can request the confirmation email to be sent to you again, using the option above. Refunds can be processed up to 24 hours prior to the event. All a sales become final 24 hours before event and refunds are no longer available. To refund a ticket, please select refund link on your confirmation email. If you find you need to return/refund tickets please follow the Ticket Refund How-To Guide for requesting a refund. 
 

Sold Out Shows

Parker Performing Arts is always excited to see a sold out show. We understand this can be frustrating to families who were not able to get tickets. We are not allowed to have any "standing room" in our theater as it is against fire and safety guidelines. We encourage you to add yourself to our digital waiting list, the waiting list can be found under the ticket icon for that event. You are also encouraged to come when the doors open (approximately 20 minutes before the show) and put your name on the waiting list so any returned tickets can be delegated out on a first come, first served basis.
