General Meeting Dates

2021-22 School Year

We have traditionally held PCA General Meetings at the school in the cafeteria.  We will be trying something new this year with the hope that holding these meetings virtually will enable more parents to participate and hear about all the efforts and events the PCA is working on.  These meetings also provide information as to how you can volunteer or get involved with our ongoing work in bringing our PPA community together and getting to know one another.  Please check the weekly updates for links to these meetings a week or so before each date listed below.  You do receive time toward your volunteer hours for attending meetings.  If you have any questions, please email us at pca@parkerperformingarts.org.

All meetings will be held virtually, and begin at 8:30am.  They tend to last about an hour, depending on the extent of the agenda.

*Please note that these events are subject to change dependent upon large group gathering COVID guidelines

Please read Weekly Updates for the most up-to-date information and details as they occur throughout the school year.  We always need volunteers to help plan, execute, etc. If you are interested in a specific event, please reach out to pca@parkerperformingarts.org to let us know, and we can answer questions and provide more detailed information about how you can get involved!  Also watch Help Counter for volunteer opportunities and other needs related to our PCA efforts and events during this school year.
