FINDING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

 

The HelpCounter volunteer system is the main source for finding volunteer opportunities.

We encourage families to log in to HelpCounter on a regular basis to check available opportunities.

 

Other places to find volunteer opportunities:

  • From classroom coordinators
  • Signing-up on the PCA mailing list

ACCESSING HELPCOUNTER

 

Use the link below to access the HelpCounter website.

 
To create a new account: Click “Create New User Name”
 
Login to an existing account: Enter username and password
 

 

 

LOGGING HOURS

 

At School:

When you volunteer at school, logging in as a volunteer will automatically log your hours. Please ensure you log in and log out when you complete your volunteer task. HelpCounter will automatically record the hours for you

 

Outside of School:

To log hours completed outside of school, log on through HelpCounter.
