School Principal Application

 
Parker Performing Arts School is now taking applications for our next school leader. Please review the minimum qualifications for the position and use the link below to submit your application.
 
Please be prepared to supply the following:
  • Cover Letter
  • Resume (at a minimum to include the following)
    • Educational history, including specifics on when and where undergraduate, graduate and post graduate degrees earned.
    • Details related to all licenses and certifications received or in process.
    • Employment history, including the job title held, name of employer, dates of employment and description of duties.
  • Video Summary (to include the following)
    • In video format (no more than 5 minutes), please describe in how your professional work experiences, education and other accomplishments have prepared you to lead and meet the Principal's responsibilities below while upholding the vision and mission as described for Parker Performing Arts School.
 
The Principal will be responsible for managing the day-to-day academic, financial and business operations of the school; collaborating with the school's Board of Directors, Douglas County School District, PPA staff and the community; achieving the academic excellence of students per the established goals and assessments; developing student engagement in the performing arts; implementing the vision, values and goals of the school by inspiring and leading others to contribute and feel accountable for the outcomes and results of student achievement; and modeling integrity and respect in decisions and actions.
