Students Walking Home

 

 

To ensure student safety, PPA requires written permission for any student who will be leaving school grounds without a ride at the end of the day. Please complete the form below for each child who has permission to walk home. Be sure to include your student's full name, grade, and all other pertinent information regarding their walking permission.

 

This form needs to be completed every school year.
